deliverable in this pharmacy against a prescription. A computerized reception
system saves time of the clients in a way that it takes max 8.5 minutes for a
client to have his prescription filled. Programs are underway to economize the
time to 5 minutes thanks to recruitment of new personnel and expansion of
pharmacy booths. |

Nationwide distribution by Razi Distribution Co.: Part of the imported
drugs, sorely needed across the nation, is distributed through vast
distribution network of Razi Co.

3. Distribution in Tehran:
All day and night pharmacies and medical centers in Tehran Province can receive
their required drugs when they have hard or no access to urgent items.
Receiving orders via telephone or in person the distribution division will
dispatch the required items within 24 hours.

Distribution in townships: The imported drugs of this center are
distributed in various provincial capitals through cooperatives and unions of
pharmacists, selected pharmacies and hospitals. Further information on way of
drug distribution in the provinces is available with the deputies in charge of
pharmaceutical affairs of all provinces universities of medical sciences.
